說在前面

本案業(yè)主是通過老客戶介紹找到我們。屋主是一對準(zhǔn)備步入婚姻殿堂的90后環(huán)藝專業(yè)夫妻，對審美有一定要求；原戶型為一套120平的四居室，夫妻二人常住，預(yù)留寶寶房間。屋主希望自己的家溫馨、質(zhì)感、不喜歡淺色調(diào)，同時改善原本房屋通風(fēng)、采光不理想的現(xiàn)狀。

The owner of this case found us through the introduction of old customers. The owner is a professional couple born in the 90s who are ready to enter the marriage palace. They have certain requirements for aesthetics; the original apartment type is a 120-square-meter four-bedroom house, where the couple live, and a baby room is reserved. The homeowner hopes that his home is warm, texture, and does not like light colors, and at the same time improve the current situation of the original house with unsatisfactory ventilation and lighting.

1.入戶和餐廳在一起，致鞋柜與餐廳儲物柜沖突。

2.廚房放置冰箱后操作臺面不夠用。

3.入戶視覺狹小，利用率不高。廚房空間偏小且封閉。

4.客廳朝北樓層低采光通風(fēng)不佳。

1.改變生活陽臺位置，讓廚房空間增大的同時還有合適的空間增添鞋柜。

2.書房墻體改為透明玻璃門，半開放書房形成，也很好地改善通風(fēng)與采光。

3.書房和衣帽間做靠背儲物柜，省去砌墻成本，釋放空間的同時滿足儲物需求。

4.客廳陽臺門拆除，陽臺納入客廳空間，客廳視覺更顯大氣。

5.生活陽臺移入客廳陽臺原本凹進去位置，完善清潔功能；加上長虹玻璃門的設(shè)計又拓寬了電視墻的視野。

客廳家具定位和選材上，注重舒適體驗；沙發(fā)的寬軟可以讓你獨處，讓你自由釋放。餐廳邊柜開放式設(shè)計與白色百葉窗呼應(yīng)，讓餐廳變得更敞亮又舒心。隨手可放一書一茶的不銹鋼邊幾，讓空間顯得安靜且質(zhì)感。繁忙的午后，沏一杯咖啡，看一本書，內(nèi)心歡愉又充盈。

In the positioning and selection of living room furniture, focus on comfortable experience; the softness of the sofa allows you to be alone and free to release. The open design of the dining room side cabinets echoes the white shutters, making the dining room brighter and more comfortable. A stainless steel side table with a book and a tea can be placed at hand to make the space appear quiet and textured. 過道原本的廚房門、衛(wèi)生間門、書房門我們用不同形式和材質(zhì)的設(shè)計，讓走廊看起來美觀且整體感十足。原有廚房門去掉，讓其空間開闊的同時采光變佳；衛(wèi)生間門作為木墻一部分，隱形且神秘；書房門雙開玻璃門，拉寬整個公共區(qū)域視覺，也極大地改善了采光讓整個房屋變得明亮起來。隱形的衛(wèi)生間門，具有極簡的視覺效果，卻又增添了幾分驚喜。
The original kitchen door, bathroom door, and study door of the aisle are designed with different forms and materials to make the corridor look beautiful and full of overall feeling. The design of the living room without the main light increases the brightness of the entire space and completely solves the worry of poor lighting; it meets the requirements of minimalism, and the living room is more elegant and neat. The panoramic view of the restaurant balcony is transparent. The satin wood integral TV wall raises the temperature of the living room, combined with the design of no main lamp in the living room, it is simple and full of atmosphere.

側(cè)面看客餐廳，采光和空間尺寸也依然不錯，餐廳百葉簾的設(shè)計，讓整個橫廳更加整體，同時也不占餐廳空間。陽臺規(guī)劃入客廳，公共區(qū)域更加寬廣；窗簾僅配窗紗讓室內(nèi)輕盈透氣。靜謐的玻璃杯，等待著主人們溫暖的雙手。

Looking at the guest restaurant from the side, the lighting and space dimensions are still good. The design of the restaurant's venetian blinds makes the whole horizontal hall more integrated without occupying the space of the restaurant. The balcony is planned into the living room, and the public area is wider; the curtains are only equipped with window screens to make the interior light and breathable. The quiet glass awaits the warm hands of the hosts.

客廳電視墻與生活陽臺拉通設(shè)計，讓視覺更大，飾面板與黑框長虹玻璃搭配，富有更多質(zhì)感和層次。生活陽臺門的長虹玻璃與客廳電視墻結(jié)合，不僅滿足遮蔽雜物的功能還延展客廳空間。
The TV wall in the living room and the living balcony are drawn through the design to make the vision bigger. The decorative panels are matched with the black-framed Changhong glass, which is rich in texture and level. The Changhong glass of the living balcony door is combined with the living room TV wall, which not only satisfies the function of sheltering debris, but also extends the living room space.

通往主臥的無邊框門盡顯時尚與簡潔；不冗余又討喜。書房玻璃門的設(shè)計讓書房同客廳可分可合，引入自然光的同時釋放美感與層次。
The borderless door leading to the master bedroom is stylish and concise; it is not redundant and pleasing. The glass door design of the study room allows the study room and the living room to be separable and combined, introducing natural light and releasing beauty and hierarchy at the same time.

餐廳墻面定制懸空儲物柜，滿足收納的同時又顯得不呆板，具有很好的層次感。
The custom-made hanging storage cabinets on the wall of the dining room satisfy the storage requirements while not being dull and have a good sense of hierarchy.

入戶門（專用漆）改為背景墻的同色系，使得原本看起來不和諧的墻面變得整體統(tǒng)一。巖板餐桌的選擇，讓質(zhì)感更加明顯又和諧。

空調(diào)風(fēng)口置于餐邊柜上方，讓客廳視線更加寬敞。深色的餐廳背景配上暖色皮質(zhì)沙發(fā)，點亮了空間，慵懶又不乏質(zhì)感?？蛷d墻面黑白裝飾畫，似乎在安靜地詮釋著一切，生動不張揚。
The air-conditioning vent is placed above the sideboard to make the living room more spacious. The dark dining room background and warm leather sofas light up the space, lazy and not lacking in texture. The black and white decorative painting on the wall of the living room seems to interpret everything quietly, vividly and unassumingly.

整個房屋的設(shè)計簡約、素雅而靜謐，在灰色主調(diào)下，我們在書房中點綴了紅色，讓空間呈現(xiàn)出神秘的色彩美學(xué)。深色漆與灰色地磚、灰色柜子的搭配，讓書房有嚴(yán)謹感受，也同時有屋主內(nèi)心喜歡的色彩。
The design of the entire house is simple, elegant and quiet. Under the main tone of gray, we embellish red in the study room, which makes the space present a mysterious color aesthetics. The combination of dark paint, gray floor tiles and gray cabinets gives the study a rigorous feeling, and at the same time it has the color that the owner likes.

屋主對書柜要求要儲物性強，設(shè)計以封閉柜門為主，小部分開放式柜體，放置個性化物件增加了空間情緒。
The owner of the bookcase requires strong storage. The design is mainly closed cabinet doors, and a small part of the open cabinet body is placed with personalized objects to increase the mood of the space.

女主人追求深色質(zhì)感，廚房也不例外，紅色蒸鍋點綴整個廚房，顯得俏皮而溫馨。
The hostess pursues a dark texture, and the kitchen is no exception. The red steamer adorns the entire kitchen, making it playful and warm.

理想的休憩之所有千種表達，藍色主導(dǎo)安靜，無需過多裝飾就能讓人心神安寧，享受這獨有的安靜。靜謐的深色背景可以讓人安心的休息。

衣帽間與臥室貫通，方便主人們更換衣物；空間以封閉為主便于日常打理與清潔。

衛(wèi)生間作為功能性空間，洗漱臺、馬桶、淋浴室置于同一空間，極好地將生活的便捷與藝術(shù)融合。
The toilet is a functional space, and the vanity, toilet, and shower room are placed in the same space, which perfectly integrates the convenience of life and art.
