前言
# PREAMBLE #
這是一套位于上海閔行區(qū)的老式聯(lián)排，原始房型為地上3層加1層閣樓，東西跨度偏窄，是典型的長條形聯(lián)排戶型。作為全屋核心的樓梯，卻縮在衛(wèi)生間的后面。除了采光差以外，還擠壓了客廳和入戶門廳的空間，截?cái)嗔四媳眱蓚€(gè)區(qū)域。
第一次和屋主在現(xiàn)場見面，大家相聊甚歡。我們了解到屋主是一對(duì)年輕夫妻，有個(gè)可愛的女寶寶，對(duì)房子的痛點(diǎn)和自己的需求比較明確：
① 入戶門廳空間局促，視野受限，需要改善。
② 南北空間希望更通透，進(jìn)門就有一種很開闊的視覺感受。
③ 需要島臺(tái)，中廚必須考慮隔離油煙的問題。
④ 喜歡原木的溫暖色調(diào)，女主人喜歡可愛的公仔娃娃。
針對(duì)屋主的需求，我們分析“樓梯”位置對(duì)空間的影響最大，是首要解決的核心問題。所以圍繞“樓梯”這個(gè)最大痛點(diǎn)，我們重新規(guī)劃了空間：將樓梯位置移到對(duì)面，客廳一側(cè)。樓梯的方案我們經(jīng)過和屋主的反復(fù)探討，最終確定了現(xiàn)在這個(gè)單跑樓梯的形式，把收納、休閑和客廳背景等功能整合在一起，不僅節(jié)約了空間，實(shí)現(xiàn)了功能利用的最大化，還帶來了全明的自然采光，極大提升了上下樓梯的體驗(yàn)感。隨之，其他空間的優(yōu)化問題自然迎刃而解。
平面方案確定后，順利推進(jìn)到深化設(shè)計(jì)階段。第一稿效果圖基本得到屋主認(rèn)可，但始終還是差點(diǎn)意思。在溝通過程中，屋主想到了他們剛剛抱養(yǎng)的一只柴犬寶寶。于是接下來，男主人十分詼諧又感性的用柴犬寶寶來描繪他們腦海中對(duì)新家效果的期待：整體色調(diào)需要完美和柴犬匹配，要想象一只柴犬生活在這個(gè)家里和諧而溫馨的場景，沒有一丁點(diǎn)的違和。并且這個(gè)家必須是柴犬的家，換成泰迪、二哈、柯基……都不行。我們第一次聽到這樣的形容，雖然看似形象，但同時(shí)也很抽象。作為主案設(shè)計(jì)師曾昕，以女性特有的細(xì)膩和共情力接受了這一挑戰(zhàn)，她認(rèn)真研究了柴犬的生活習(xí)性和外形特質(zhì)，把溫潤的原木色作為主基調(diào)，輔以充滿童趣的莫蘭迪色調(diào)為小夫妻打造了一套浪漫溫馨的新家。大家看看，這個(gè)新家是否和柴犬“八餅”完美匹配呢？
改造后的門廳進(jìn)深達(dá)到2米多，原木風(fēng)格的玄關(guān)一眼可見，也為一層的客餐廳空間奠定了基調(diào)。

門廳進(jìn)來，視線即可直達(dá)客廳甚至花園，非常通透。溫暖的陽光灑在客廳里，慵懶地趴在地上曬太陽正是柴犬“八餅”最享受的時(shí)刻。

樓梯整合了電視背景、休閑和收納功能，最大化釋放空間的同時(shí)，也是將家居裝飾藝術(shù)和功能屬性相結(jié)合的一種方式。初稿的效果里，我們并沒有為樓梯扶手添加豎向的木條，但屋主一直很擔(dān)心幼女上下樓梯的安全性，最后我們選用同色的原木定制了現(xiàn)在這排護(hù)欄，竟然也別有一番童趣。

這扇充滿童趣的大窗戶，原本是一道窄門，因?yàn)榕赃呉呀?jīng)有了一道更寬的門通往花園，為了增加花園的利用率，于是我們把這道窄門改造成現(xiàn)在這扇固定拱形窗，窗后的小門廊改造為一間洗衣房。拱形窗的造型很別致：用藝術(shù)磚美化的部分實(shí)際是實(shí)體墻，我們用拱形窗套將裝飾面和窗戶包裝成一個(gè)整體，看上去象是拉上一半的拱形窗。

餐廳位于客廳與廚房之間，在一個(gè)南北通透的大空間里，視線非常開闊。六人位的實(shí)木長桌和島臺(tái)處于同一中軸線上，四周留足行走的空間，動(dòng)線十分流暢。奶白色的餐邊柜，上柜內(nèi)嵌光源，門板為透明玻璃材質(zhì)，適合展示；而下柜為封閉的烤漆門板，適合收納各種食品和雜物；中間則是帶水槽的操作臺(tái)面。原木和奶白色的搭配，配上經(jīng)典的日式吊燈，營造出溫暖柔和的用餐氛圍。

樓梯的位置在三層發(fā)生了變化，形成了一個(gè)寬敞的公共過道，我們利用這一空間規(guī)劃了衣帽柜、梳妝區(qū)。而北房間設(shè)計(jì)為書房，附帶一個(gè)小陽臺(tái)。

二樓過道的中間區(qū)域，原本是一個(gè)封閉的雜物間，我們將之打開后，設(shè)計(jì)了一間多功能房?？梢宰鳛閷殞毜挠螒蚴壹媾R時(shí)客房使用，極大地提高了空間的利用率。

樓梯移動(dòng)到了朝南的一側(cè)后，簡直為房子開啟了通往新世界的大門：設(shè)計(jì)師很好得利用了墻上的條窗來造景，明艷的陽光肆意灑在木質(zhì)樓梯上，湛藍(lán)的帆船吊燈在風(fēng)中徐徐轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，形成天然律動(dòng)的光影效果……設(shè)計(jì)的巧思超越了一切堆砌的裝飾。
