在對屋主的需求和喜好有了大致的了解之后，就房子來說，空間客廳比較小，并且采光不好，餐廳區(qū)域的動線不合理，我們對空間進行了更深層的改造。



1、將原有結構的客廳與臥室進行了互換。并且將廚房打開，打造一個開放式廚房。廚房和餐廳采用餐廚一體設計，與客廳相連接，不僅動線舒服了，還充分利用了借用空間的方法將空間視覺感拉大。

2、原有的客廳的位置打造成一個兒童學習活動區(qū)，且頂面預留了推拉門軌道，將來可以做成另外一間臥室，給未來留出了空間。

3、臥室采用地臺床，可以充分利用臥室空間，不僅增大臥室的收納面積，同時營造出輕松懶散的氛圍。

4、衛(wèi)生間做成了干濕分離，同時增加出來了兩個洗手池，也是給房子的未來留出空間。

另一側入戶門側面墻體做了一個收納鞋柜，并內嵌換鞋凳，下面預留了放鞋的空間，格柵與原木碰撞出的溫潤動態(tài)美感，給人非常清新自然的氣息。

本案屋主是一個幸福的三口之家，夫妻二人有一個非常可愛的兒子。交房不久后找到我們，談及這套房子的設計時，屋主表示家里的收納一定要強，因為隨著孩子的生長，東西只會越來越多，但是又不想空間看起來那么普通。并且希望有一處獨立的活動空間，周末跟孩子進行親子活動。

by the way，這其實也是一個小小孩的家，在客廳后方打開了的那間活動區(qū)，讓爸媽在客廳、廚房忙碌時，也可以看看孩子們在干嘛！活動區(qū)里有好多玩具，每一組都經過媽媽的仔細揀選，擺著就超級可愛；我覺得屋主并不是特別少物的，她有很多喜愛的物品，但都好好的、分門別類地被收拾好了，屋內有我們經過分析的順手式收納的設計，而屋主對于她擁有的收納空間與量也做了很好的掌控的緣故！

客廳是原始戶型中的一間臥室，結合空間布局以及屋主的生活習慣，將其墻體拆除，改為客廳區(qū)域。空間在色系上以微水泥灰為主，整體黑而不暗，就連光影都透過百葉簾，鍍上一層神秘的氛圍。
