案例簡介 Case description
此項(xiàng)目位于浙江省永嘉縣的躍層結(jié)構(gòu)，建筑面積約為170平方，南向環(huán)繞江景，視野較佳。
還記得最初溝通階段的業(yè)主描述：“自己特別鐘愛開放式廚房，之前戶型結(jié)構(gòu)及面積并未能滿足，也算是自己比較期許的點(diǎn)位，希望它可以被呈現(xiàn)”。
包括會(huì)客區(qū)和就餐區(qū)的南向定位，業(yè)主也有向我們闡述虛擬的日常情景，并希望可以把這些愿景納入到空間的考量當(dāng)中，也是綜合了外部環(huán)境的視野考慮，盡量減少公區(qū)的
阻隔動(dòng)線，讓通風(fēng)和采光條件可以實(shí)現(xiàn)最優(yōu)。

關(guān)于門廳及烹飪區(qū)的處理，可能更多的還是圍繞日常的便捷可操作性為主，居住者本身在這樣的分區(qū)內(nèi)可以被記錄更多的日常，借由柜體的延伸及天花連貫性，引導(dǎo)行為走動(dòng)到過道及就餐區(qū)，地臺(tái)的轉(zhuǎn)折考慮，也為動(dòng)線提供了很好的指示作用，讓視覺可以隨形式而變換不同的情景模擬，由就餐區(qū)看向公區(qū)的視野無阻礙性，多以低位物件為主導(dǎo)，確保視線的舒適性，來提高居宅的品質(zhì)訴求。
