案例簡(jiǎn)介 Case description

“自然”是最舒適的一種生活狀態(tài)，

讓人遠(yuǎn)離城市的浮華與紛擾，回歸內(nèi)心的優(yōu)雅和詩(shī)意。

'Nature' is the most comfortable state of life,

allowing people to get away from the glitz and confusion

of the city and return to the inner elegance and poetry.

源溪里山地處福州北郊偏遠(yuǎn)地段。我們通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)打破人們對(duì)郊區(qū)的想象，向人們展示田園生活的愜意，引領(lǐng)都市回歸東方詩(shī)意的棲居，為源溪里山定義了詩(shī)意、度假的地產(chǎn)品牌新形象。

Kuliang Hill is located in a remote area of Fuzhou northern suburbs. Through design, our project break people's imagination of suburb, show people the comfort of rural life, lead the city to return to the oriental poetic dwelling, and define the new brand image of poetic and vacation for Kuliang Hill.

△ 入口接待臺(tái)

自然景觀，是城市最奢侈的資源，

卻是源溪里山得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì)。

如何利用郊區(qū)的天然優(yōu)勢(shì)，將建筑融入自然山水，讓園林室內(nèi)化，是這次設(shè)計(jì)探索的重點(diǎn)。

The natural landscape is the most luxurious resource

of the city, yet it is the unique advantage of Kuliang Hill.

How to make use of the natural advantages of the suburbs,

integrating the building into the natural landscape, let the landscape interiorization is the focus of this design exploration.

重意輕形｜Focusing on Spirit

“重意輕形”，東方的寫意美學(xué)。

山石、水滴，是山水的另一種表現(xiàn)形式，

設(shè)計(jì)將“通感”的修辭手法用于空間，

從視覺、聽覺到觸覺，演繹空間的山水人文意蘊(yùn)。

'Focusing on spirit' is the oriental enjoyable aesthetics

Rocks and water drops are another forms of landscape expression. The design uses the rhetorical device of 'synesthesia' for space, from the vision, the hearing to the touch, expressing landscape humanity implication of space.

△ 水紋元素

堅(jiān)硬的石頭與輕柔的水滴在墻面碰撞，

演繹水滴石穿，辯證包容的東方生活哲學(xué)。

為了尋找天然璞雅的塊石，設(shè)計(jì)師走遍福州上百家石材廠。

The collisionof hard stone and gentle water drops on the wall

reflects the dialectical and inclusive oriental life philosophy. In order to find natural unrefined stone blocks, designers go through hundreds of stone factories in Fuzhou.

枯山水，浸透現(xiàn)代東方禪意的寧?kù)o與自然。

Dry landscape permeates the tranquility and nature of modern oriental zen.

去繁就簡(jiǎn)｜Simplifying Complicated Materials

去繁就簡(jiǎn)，是空間設(shè)計(jì)的重要原則。

舍棄贅飾，摒棄華而不實(shí)的材料，

通過(guò)細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)，構(gòu)筑符合當(dāng)代審美的宜居空間。

Simplifying complicated materials is the main principle of

dimensional design. Get rid of frills, get rid of flashy materials, through detailed design, the living space is constructed in line with contemporary aesthetics.

現(xiàn)代簡(jiǎn)約的點(diǎn)、線、面設(shè)計(jì)組合，

從大筆觸的輪廓到家具、燈飾的細(xì)節(jié)處理，流露空間的人文關(guān)懷。

Modern simple design combination of point, line and surface,

From the outline of the brushwork to the details of furniture, lighting treatment, revealing the humanistic care of the space.

項(xiàng)目之初沿用傳統(tǒng)正式的洽談桌，過(guò)于嚴(yán)肅刻板難以體現(xiàn)空間的自然舒適，后經(jīng)雙方反復(fù)溝通磨合，選用天然麻質(zhì)沙發(fā)、坐榻和原木茶幾打造休閑客廳化的洽談室，打破傳統(tǒng)售樓處緊張沉重的商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，讓到訪和洽談變得自由愜意。

At the beginning, traditional formal negotiation table was used, yet it is too stiffness to reflect natural and comfortable space. Later, by both parties’repeated communication, we choose natural hemp qualitative sofa, sit couch and log tea table to make a negotiation room of leisure -living room and to breaking the traditional nervous heavy commercial design in order to make the visiting and negotiation more free and comfortable.

大落地玻璃幕墻像鋪展開的山水畫卷，

將自然風(fēng)光引入室內(nèi)，傳遞自然的悠閑愜爽，

讓人們從城市的焦慮中解放。

Large floor-toceiling glass curtain wall is like a landscape painting scroll, introducing natural scenery into the interior, conveying the relaxed nature and liberating people from the anxiety of the city.

軟硬裝配合完成的墻燈是空間的一個(gè)亮點(diǎn)，

在設(shè)計(jì)上化功能為藝術(shù)，

利用線與面構(gòu)成的藝術(shù)燈具做空間點(diǎn)綴，讓生活多點(diǎn)意趣。

The wall lamp finished by coordination of FF&E and hard deco. is a highlight of the space, it gives us more art feeling than function on design.

The use of line and surface of the art lamps in spacemake life more interesting.

唯美詩(shī)意 | Beautiful & Poetic

詩(shī)意，是一種發(fā)現(xiàn)，

發(fā)現(xiàn)生活中的美好，回歸內(nèi)心的優(yōu)雅。

空間設(shè)計(jì) ，體現(xiàn)的不僅是設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言藝術(shù)，還有當(dāng)代人文需求。

Poetry is a kind of discovery,

a discovery of beauty in life, a return to inner grace.

Space design reflects not only the art of design language, but also the needs of contemporary culture.

木飾面和原石打磨設(shè)計(jì)的樓梯，
呈現(xiàn)蜿蜒流動(dòng)的美感與溫潤(rùn)的觸感，人文溫度濡潤(rùn)生活。

The stair designed with wood and grinding stone,
presenting the beauty of winding flow and the touch of warmth, and the human temperature moistens the life.

△ 沙盤區(qū)

沙盤區(qū)的格柵設(shè)計(jì)讓天花呈現(xiàn)建筑的立體感，

垂掛的燈飾像綻放在福州老巷的油紙傘，

演繹自然浪漫的人文空間。

The grid design in the sand table area makes the ceiling

present a three-dimensional sense of architecture.

Hanging lights like oil-paper umbrella blooming in Fuzhou alley, which makes the humanity space natural and romantic.

光影、禪茶，打造沉浸式空間體驗(yàn)，

延續(xù)詩(shī)意的空間生活。

Light shadow, zen tea create an immersive space experience,

an continuation of poetic space life.

石藝、粗陶、花藝，

讓生活多一點(diǎn)人文藝術(shù)的浪漫，

少一絲匠氣和浮躁。

Stone art, rough pottery, flower art,

let life with more romantic humanities and art,

less crafts and fickleness.

設(shè)計(jì)如生活一般，自然簡(jiǎn)單，

既能安享眼下的熱鬧，又不丟失內(nèi)心的優(yōu)雅和詩(shī)意。

Design is just like the life, natural and simple,

you can not only enjoy the bustle, but also can keep the grace and poetry of inner heart.

“源溪里山”在城市喧囂之外，洗盡鉛華，

讓已消逝的詩(shī)意在現(xiàn)代空間中重新生長(zhǎng)，

最終實(shí)現(xiàn)源溪里山離塵不離城的東方詩(shī)意生活方式，

為陽(yáng)光城“里山”新產(chǎn)品系定義了人文、詩(shī)意、度假的品牌內(nèi)涵。

'Kuliang Hill' makes the lost poetry grow again in the modern space, finally realizes the oriental poetic life style of Kuliang Hill quiet urban, the brand connotation of humanity, poetry and vacation is defined for the new product system of Yango.
