接手這套案子的時(shí)候已經(jīng)和高先生認(rèn)識(shí)8年了，這也是我們第二次合作。第一次合作的時(shí)候我們已經(jīng)成為了很不錯(cuò)的朋友，當(dāng)時(shí)我們還在同一個(gè)小區(qū)買了房子。因?yàn)槭桥笥训年P(guān)系，所以再次合作時(shí)便有了先天的便利因素，我們也給了他很多生活方式上的建議。
高先生是一所舞蹈學(xué)校的校長(zhǎng)，對(duì)生活品質(zhì)的要求還是很高的，這次購(gòu)置別墅也是改善性需求。經(jīng)過(guò)我們一段時(shí)間的討論，我們準(zhǔn)備將整體風(fēng)格定位為輕奢及新中式工業(yè)風(fēng)的結(jié)合。
別墅共分為四層，老人同住的原因，在細(xì)節(jié)上考慮了無(wú)障礙設(shè)計(jì)的元素。整體空間上，一層二層的區(qū)域?yàn)檩p奢風(fēng)，主要是老人的活動(dòng)區(qū)域；三層是高先生的臥房；地下室為多功能區(qū)，因?yàn)閷痈咻^高，且有天井，所以我們做了一個(gè)半隔層，為老人的書房兼咖啡吧，其余的地下部分為高先生的會(huì)客區(qū)和舞蹈房。
When I took over this case, I had known Mr. Gao for 8 years, and this is our second cooperation. When we first worked together, we had already become very good friends. At that time, we bought a house in the same district. Because of the friendship, there is a congenital convenience factor when we work together again, and we give him a lot of lifestyle advice.
Mr. Gao is the principal of a dance school, the quality of life is still very high, the purchase of villas is also a demand for improvement. After a period of discussion, we are going to position the overall style as a combination of light extravagance and new Chinese style industrial wind.
The villa is divided into four layers. The reason why the elderly live together is that the barrier free design elements are considered in detail. On the whole space, the area of two layers is light and luxurious, mainly the active area of the old man; the three floor is Mr. Gao's bedroom; the basement is a multi-functional area, because the height of the floor is high and there is a well, so we have made the 1.5 partition for the old man's study and coffee, the rest of the underground part is Mr. Gao's meeting area and Dance room.
