「 業(yè)主說 」
本案屋主為一家三口，中年夫妻偏好簡約、整潔的環(huán)境。熱愛生活的他們更注重蘊含生活感的小細節(jié)。愛好閱讀的夫妻，培養(yǎng)出同樣沉迷書海的孩子，成績非常優(yōu)秀。對空間的追求和對未來的樂觀，讓他們更加注重生活的自由感和細膩感。
位于安田心嶼的150㎡三室戶型，作為他們一家三口未來的家，委托華藍設計峻愷設計師進行規(guī)劃與設計。在業(yè)主原有的思路想法之上，進行現(xiàn)代設計與創(chuàng)意延展，更好地滿足業(yè)主對空間和品質的需求。峻愷設計師將打造極簡生活，把握功能與細節(jié)，平衡藝術與儲物的需求點，帶來舒心、禪境感受，譜寫專屬于一家三口的優(yōu)雅生活圓舞曲。
設計理念：
這間房子的業(yè)主是一家三口，孩子正在上初中。業(yè)主非常喜歡簡潔、明快的生活環(huán)境，對于“家”有明確的空間要求。那么，如何規(guī)劃、平衡空間美學和儲物功能，是我首先考慮的。其次，便是材料運用的靈感，讓家里充滿品質與靈動。
·餐廳的原始面積非常的小，布局上比較壓抑擁擠。所以我將原始房型中的公衛(wèi)拆掉，優(yōu)化為一個西廚操作臺+烤箱蒸箱洗碗機的功能區(qū)域，餐廳與廚房相接，讓餐廳面積得到擴大；同時，設計了一整面墻的衣鞋柜，提升空間的儲物功能。
·原始戶型的衛(wèi)生間對于業(yè)主來說作用不是很大，所以我將衛(wèi)生間與次臥室墻體進行了調整，保證衛(wèi)生間充足光線、空間寬敞；原始的公共空間融入次臥室，增添儲物、學習和休閑功能。
·由于主臥室不大，同時設計了大量的儲物空間，所以主臥室沒有設計整面墻的大衣柜，讓空間更加寬敞舒適。
·我讓整個客廳空間保持簡約整潔的狀態(tài)，揮別了復雜的造型，并且減去了茶幾設計，讓活動空間更寬裕，方便未來多種生活方式的變化。頂面的燈光為了兼顧會客時的明亮和整體設計感，揮別了傳統(tǒng)燈帶的處理方式，在側邊做了極簡的線性燈。既保證了照明度、滿足了極簡的風格要求，同時又是一種氛圍燈光的設計。

現(xiàn)代極簡的客廳區(qū)，設計師將色彩作為重要的表達手法。在明亮的白色空間里，鮮明的黃沙發(fā)打破空間的單一性。布藝沙發(fā)+敞開式布局，更能帶來空間的溫馨感和簡單性。

客廳一角，放置一副現(xiàn)代畫，增添客廳的藝術感，為平衡空間布局、增加客廳調性進行很好點綴。
