品牌策劃之初，我們便思考了很多。
商業(yè)的價值和目的是什么。
日料文化的精髓是什么。
當下城市生活的痛點是什么。
空間美學與場所精神的關系是什么。
我們如何使這幾點產生鏈接。創(chuàng)造一個商業(yè)模式成功并且能夠引領當下城市生活和城市人文的日式餐廳。
我們認為能夠解決人與人，人與城市，人與當下社會進程等等一系列的情感問題。?我們這個餐廳才能稱之為有文化，有靈魂。?我們要解決的不光是吃飽／吃好，還要解決深層次的問題，人文／情感／心靈／藝術／美學。

我們旨在創(chuàng)造一個詩意之地，居心之所。
處繁華而獨辟清幽之境，居鬧市而無車馬之喧。
停下來，讓自己安靜的品嘗每一顆米粒／每一根青菜／每一片肉，感受陽光／雨露／微風。
在Make，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)日漸麻木的味覺又變得敏銳起來，當你嘗出食物當中細膩的層次變化時，那就是幸福的滋味。
停下來，讓自己從熙攘的人群／躁動的城市剝離，回歸自己的內心。
