本案，位于令人心向往之的外灘歷史保護(hù)建筑 福州大樓內(nèi)，老式的英式樓房，準(zhǔn)現(xiàn)代派裝飾風(fēng)格，是上海的知名老建筑。

色塊區(qū)分增加空間層次感



原戶型朝北向，空間較小，存在采光不足，壓迫感強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題。設(shè)計(jì)師與業(yè)主多次溝通需求后，采用了法式復(fù)古+自然的設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格，充分利用法式線條、木質(zhì)家具、老房梁、裝飾元素等進(jìn)行色彩搭配，以色塊區(qū)分的形式增加空間的層次感，做舊米白色的主色調(diào)，自然綠的第二色調(diào)，輔以橙色點(diǎn)綴，不同色塊的差異，讓空間更具延伸感。

French retro + natural design style, using the form of color blocks to increase the sense of space.

原先廚房處凹進(jìn)去的死角位很亂，設(shè)計(jì)師將其打通后設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)L型的多功能柜，充當(dāng)餐邊柜功能，同時(shí)也加強(qiáng)了一家人的互動(dòng)性。

After opening up the original kitchen, the designer designed an L-shaped multifunctional cabinet that functions as a sideboard.

老房子的房梁較多，設(shè)計(jì)師將其全部刷成綠色，米白色打底，綠與白的對(duì)比，通過(guò)色塊穿插，增加空間的延伸感。

The designer paints all the beams of the old house in green, with off-white as the base, interspersed with color blocks to increase the sense of space extension.

1.9m的大餐桌，深受女主人的喜愛(ài)，原以為小空間不能放這么大的桌子，這次設(shè)計(jì)師幫她實(shí)現(xiàn)了，餐椅來(lái)自于JOLOR。

小客廳

幸福感倍增的公共空間

原戶型客廳布局非常受限，可活動(dòng)空間小，給人感覺(jué)擠壓感強(qiáng)，設(shè)計(jì)師借助房梁做了改善，增加了鞋柜、冰箱、書柜等收納空間，冰箱安置在最佳三角區(qū)位置，方便移動(dòng)。

The designer made improvements with the help of the beams and added storage space for shoe cabinets, refrigerators, bookcases, etc.

改善后的小客廳，自然舒適，這是另一家三口幸福感倍增的溫馨公共空間。

獨(dú)立又開放的秘密花園

你想擁有秘密花園嗎？用高低床打造的秘密基地，是小主人最喜歡的獨(dú)立空間，上層是可以休憩的臥室，下層是多元化的書房。

Do you want to have a secret garden? A secret base built with high and low beds. The upper level is the bedroom and the lower level is the study.

窗簾一拉，有種被文化包容的氛圍感，安全又隱秘。窗簾一開，便是享受家人之樂(lè)的溫馨小客廳，開放又舒適。

When the curtains are drawn, there is a sense of cultural inclusiveness,When the curtains are opened, it becomes a cozy little living room for enjoying family happiness.

秘密花園的下方區(qū)域是“精神世界的充電樁”，這里既可以安靜的辦公，也可以專注的學(xué)習(xí)。

The lower area of the secret garden is the "charging pile of the spiritual world", where you can work quietly and study attentively.

主臥 情景交融的雅致居室

考慮到主臥采光不足，設(shè)計(jì)師采用了全玻璃式開門設(shè)計(jì)，光線交織碰撞，以純凈之態(tài)滲進(jìn)空間，瞬間明亮，時(shí)光仿佛在訴說(shuō)著：這真是一個(gè)奇妙的邂逅呀。

Taking into account the lack of lighting in the master bedroom, the designer adopted a full-glass door opening design, where the light intertwined and collided, making it instantly bright.

綠色與白色的主打色，配合橙色的點(diǎn)綴，連體的鏤空設(shè)計(jì)，衣柜融于墻面，便捷舒適，同時(shí)也解決了地暖，中央空調(diào)，潮濕、不通風(fēng)等問(wèn)題。重新設(shè)計(jì)后的主臥釋放了過(guò)道空間的可獲得范圍，空間整體更加舒適自然。

The main colors of green and white, with orange embellishment, the redesigned master bedroom releases the available range of the aisle space, and the overall space is more comfortable and natural.

床頭燈高低錯(cuò)開的設(shè)計(jì)，避免了彼此間的干擾，營(yíng)造了安靜的氛圍，若有一方想閱讀，只需開其中的小燈即可，也不會(huì)影響到另一半的休息。

The staggered design of bedside lamps avoids interference with each other and creates a quiet atmosphere.

衛(wèi)生間采用干濕而分離

空間對(duì)主人的思想具有昭示性，人與空間個(gè)性相合，具有相似的生活觀念，仿佛是一切隨緣，又冥冥之中早已注定，渴望舒適和靜謐共享。

Space is revealing to the owner's thoughts. People and space have the same personalities and have similar life concepts, as if everything is random, and they are already destined in the dark, longing for comfort and quiet sharing.
