And a well-designed office is more attractive to talented employees. The survey also found that nearly half of the job seekers said that a company's office space would affect their decision whether to accept the job or not.

The VPGAME office is located in Hangzhou city center, which is a company running gaming club operations, gaming platform services and other relevant business. Nowadays the office environments of young companies are becoming more and more homogeneous. The design ideas are mostly concentrated in the industrial style with variety of elements and colors.

如何通過設(shè)計(jì)為這樣一家年輕的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司帶來完全不同于以往的辦公體驗(yàn)，并樹立公司的企業(yè)文化形象，設(shè)計(jì)師在最初的手稿設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，就明確了一個(gè)節(jié)制的設(shè)計(jì)手法，不用過多的元素影響空間的整體性，總平面空間根據(jù)公司的工作模塊，結(jié)合多樣化的會(huì)議、休閑空間有序展開，整體空間希望在一個(gè)現(xiàn)代化的寫字樓里延續(xù)其原有簡(jiǎn)潔風(fēng)格帶來的品質(zhì)感。
The challenges are how to make the overall space simple, moderate, elegant with multifunctional sections through less impact on the integrality of the overall space. We divided the space into several sections providing multiply forms of team work such as work area, multifunctional conference rooms, leisure space and a bar for employees to relax. Each section is separated but consistent in style.

不同的主次干道走廊通過局部的空間凹凸、材質(zhì)搭配，使得整體空間更有層次且又能區(qū)分開來，裸露的混凝土墻面不經(jīng)意穿插在整體空間里起到了很好的協(xié)調(diào)作用。

考慮到人與人之間的協(xié)作關(guān)系，除了基本的個(gè)人辦公區(qū)域，設(shè)計(jì)師更多的組織了團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作所需的多樣化模塊空間。隨處可見的透明會(huì)議室，依據(jù)規(guī)模大小和會(huì)議功能進(jìn)行了不同的搭配，通過水泥磚、木、玻璃、金屬等幾個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的材質(zhì)處理實(shí)現(xiàn)了不一樣的空間表情。

辦公空間往往容易忽視燈光對(duì)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作的影響，如何處理這一難題？設(shè)計(jì)師在主要工作辦公空間中采用了漫反射光，燈光通過頂面的反光照亮整個(gè)空間，視覺上完全沒有炫光對(duì)視覺的影響。在休閑空間中燈光設(shè)計(jì)完全又結(jié)合了家庭式的溫馨感。

當(dāng)陽光進(jìn)入空間折射過玻璃，整個(gè)空間才真正流露出它最好的情緒。如此，通過合理的燈光讓人能在一個(gè)溫馨同時(shí)又放松的環(huán)境下工作，正如在陽光下工作一般溫暖人心。
