案例簡介 Case description
本案業(yè)主為教師家庭，是業(yè)主的改善住房，男女業(yè)主喜歡的風(fēng)格差異較大，女業(yè)主喜歡色彩靚麗并且充滿活力生機的家居空間，而男業(yè)主則喜歡極簡黑白灰冷峻的都市風(fēng)，這兩種風(fēng)格很難融合，最后我們商討出軟裝色系方面還是以女業(yè)主喜好為主，而硬裝呈現(xiàn)則結(jié)合現(xiàn)代簡約風(fēng)的設(shè)計手法，最終才有了這套綠意盎然的現(xiàn)代休閑風(fēng)作品……
整體定位現(xiàn)代休閑，整屋大色塊手法處理，原木色飾面板+3種綠色+藏藍色局部跳色。整屋人字拼地板磚、魚骨地板鋪設(shè)，色調(diào)清新淡雅，輕松舒適……

1.客廳外拓，將無敵江景納入客廳視野
2.需要三個臥室，最小的臥室留給偶爾來居住的父母
3.保留兩個衛(wèi)生間，兩個淋浴

2.原餐廳占比擴大，入戶添置餐邊柜功能
3.將客廳陽臺納入客廳使用，將無敵江景引入客廳
4.原空調(diào)機位內(nèi)縮，將生活陽臺功能納入主臥外的陽臺空間，并且取消原中間隔墻，讓陽臺與客廳完全相通
5.主衛(wèi)面積縮小，使用壁掛盆和墻排馬桶，多出的空間給主臥增加一組長衣柜
6.女兒房內(nèi)增添一組U型衣帽間，房間吊頂下方加一組長條書柜收納
7.南小房間，倚靠原飄窗做出一組榻榻米收納，與客衛(wèi)墻體內(nèi)凹設(shè)計，增添一組衣柜，讓這個房間功能齊全
