坐落于上海市崇明島的海和院售樓展廳，位于崇明東灘陳家鎮(zhèn)板塊的中心鎮(zhèn)區(qū)——生態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)東部,離中央生態(tài)湖泊集中規(guī)劃的生活配套和濕地綠楔僅一路之隔，是東灘距離上海城區(qū)直線距離最近的低碳生態(tài)居住示范區(qū)，日常生活配套和具有在地特色的生態(tài)度假娛樂項(xiàng)目環(huán)伺四周，是極好的居住佳地。

海和院展廳將生態(tài)大島的質(zhì)樸和淳厚的氣韻結(jié)合現(xiàn)代的設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言，以崇明島的地理區(qū)位為先導(dǎo)來定義場(chǎng)地空間，量身打造一方去繁從簡(jiǎn)、返璞歸真的島居詩(shī)意棲居?！昂Ｉ蟿e院”是空間的設(shè)計(jì)主題，積聚了島上水潔風(fēng)清的特點(diǎn)，清寂與安然的氣場(chǎng)與島上的生態(tài)渾然天成。
