案例簡(jiǎn)介 Case description
烏托邦是人類思想意識(shí)中最美好的社會(huì)。“烏托邦”源于托馬斯·莫爾所著的《烏托邦》一書，天堂、伊甸園、桃花源等宗教或世人的美好愿景都能囊括進(jìn)去。人類對(duì)于完美，對(duì)于自由的追求從來(lái)沒有停止。
Utopia represents the most beautiful society in human ideology.
"Utopia" originated from the book "Utopia" written by Thomas Moore, and can include the beautiful visions of religions or the world such as heaven, Eden, and Xanadu. Human beings have never stopped pursuing perfection and freedom.

蓬萊，位于山東省東北部、煙臺(tái)市境北部，北臨黃海、渤海。是一座充滿神話傳說(shuō)、千百年來(lái)令人神往的土地，是中國(guó)北方迅速崛起的現(xiàn)代化海濱城市，其特有魅力吸引著眾多的海內(nèi)外賓朋紛至沓來(lái)。蓬萊一直以來(lái)都與仙境結(jié)緣，不論是秦始皇祈求長(zhǎng)生，或是八仙渡海，乃至蓬萊仙境，都符合一切對(duì)于幻境的想象，可以說(shuō)是東方“烏托邦”。

希波達(dá)摩斯的烏托邦不只勾畫道路和房屋，他相信在考慮城市的形狀時(shí)，同樣也可以考慮社會(huì)生活。項(xiàng)目以蓬萊特有的神韻為構(gòu)思原點(diǎn)，捕捉蓬萊古老的靈氣與后現(xiàn)代的浪漫與自由，賦予了空間磅礴大氣的直觀感受。設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)將建筑體塊的元素提取，對(duì)稱世界的美感，富有特色的古典的拱形，結(jié)合秩序的美感。漫步空間，猶如漫游在城市街道的拱形回廊下，感受不斷送來(lái)的陣陣清風(fēng)。
Hippodamus' Utopia not only outlines roads and houses, he believes that when considering the shape of the city, one can also consider social life. The project is based on Penglai's unique charm, capturing Penglai's ancient aura and post-modern romance and freedom, and giving the space a majestic and atmospheric intuitive feeling. The design team extracted the elements of the building block, the beauty of the symmetrical world, the distinctive classical arch, and the beauty of order. Strolling in the space is like wandering under the arched corridor of a city street, feeling the constant breeze.

眼前浮現(xiàn)出波德萊爾筆下的拱廊街：“煤氣燈亮起來(lái)了。司燈人穿過拱門街?jǐn)D滿建筑物的通道和夜游癥的人群，把幽暗隱晦的街燈點(diǎn)亮。玻璃頂、大理石地面的通道，豪華的商品陳列、賭場(chǎng)、玻璃櫥窗……人群的面孔幽靈般顯現(xiàn)，他們焦灼、茫然、彼此雷同，擁擠得連夢(mèng)幻都沒有了間隙?！?br />

前廳的頂面通過對(duì)意大利拱頂?shù)脑靥崛?，利用現(xiàn)代的手法，以金色不銹鋼格柵的表現(xiàn)手法，展示出現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)的意式形式。墻面運(yùn)用珊瑚石與海邊自然環(huán)境相融合，背景墻面石材金屬分割借用“蒙德里安”的構(gòu)成結(jié)合接待臺(tái)的發(fā)光云石與特殊的金屬“捆綁”，給現(xiàn)代的空間中帶來(lái)藝術(shù)奢華的氛圍。對(duì)向的藝術(shù)裝置雕塑臺(tái)引用貝殼的抽象形式，空中晶瑩的氣泡仿佛水中的浪花，層層疊疊，浪漫自由。
